ChatBound RPG
Start Here
ChatBound RPG is a Twitch chat RPG. Viewers play from chat first, and the panel and overlay support that experience with visual game screens.
How Viewers Play
Viewers can begin in chat with commands such as !start, !explore, and event commands. The panel is helpful, but it should not be required for basic play.
Streamer Setup
Streamers use Twitch Stream Manager for the current live setup path. The connected Streamer Dashboard is the future home for Twitch sign-in, official RPG packages, private drafts, testing, and turning on the version viewers should use.
Chat Commands
Commands are short viewer actions. They should stay readable, repeatable, and safe for busy chat. Examples include starting, exploring, joining bosses, using skills, and checking basic status.
Panel And Overlay
The panel and overlay are visual ways to play when viewers want less typing. The panel supports personal screens and touch-friendly play. The overlay shows stream-visible moments such as bosses, drops, party status, and map events.
Accessibility
ChatBound RPG should support different play needs with short readable commands, touch-friendly panel controls, strong contrast, clear labels, reduced motion options, and fewer moments that require repeated typing.
Game Packages
Classic RPG is the starter package. Future packages should use original public names, original worldbuilding, and safe streamer settings.
Dashboard Settings
The dashboard should help streamers choose a package, adjust beginner settings, publish their game, and understand what viewers will see. It should stay marked as closed beta until connected sign-in and publishing are ready.
Chat Safety
Streamers need pause, slow, and announcement controls close by. The game should reduce duplicate commands and bot reply noise before it disrupts the stream.
FAQ
The short FAQ page separates streamer questions from viewer questions. Use it when someone needs an answer without reading the full docs.
Open FAQTroubleshooting
If chat works but a visual surface does not, keep chat playable and check whether the panel or overlay is still in closed beta for that channel.
Privacy And Data
Privacy, Terms, and data reset links must stay easy to find before public release. Viewers can request data help at jaesonmoment@gmail.com.
