Streamer Tutorial

Set up your first RPG

Start with an official mode, keep the first setup simple, and turn it on only when the preview matches what you want viewers to see.

  1. Open Twitch Stream Manager. Go to dashboard.twitch.tv/stream-manager, then open the ChatBound RPG extension setup for your channel.
  2. Choose an RPG mode. Pick from the available official modes. More modes are coming soon.
  3. Review basic settings. Check the game title, resource label, and map setting.
  4. Test chat commands. Make sure viewers can start, explore, and join events.
  5. Turn on your setup. Once everything looks right, make that setup the active version viewers use in chat, panel, and overlay.

Viewer Tutorial

Play from Twitch chat

Chat is the reliable play path. The panel and overlay add extra visibility when they are available.

  1. Type !start. Create your RPG character in chat.
  2. Pick your first options. Follow the bot reply for race, class, and starter choices.
  3. Use !explore. Find events, rewards, and danger while the stream continues.
  4. Join shared events. Use boss and rally commands when the channel opens them.
  5. Check the panel when available. Use it for quieter visual play, touch-friendly choices, character, inventory, map, and shop views.
